27.3 Good Morning Reception

Good Morning Reception,

How are you today?
You have had a fantastic first week of home learning and the amount of hard work and effort you have put in so far has been super.
Here are your activities for today.
Don't forget to wake yourselves up with Joe Wicks (YouTube) or GoNoodle (YouTube).

1. BLOG
Today, please leave me a comment below to say hello and let me know you are OK. I am missing seeing and speaking to you all. It would be lovely to hear from you!

2. Kites
Can you design and make your very own kite? Once you have designed, made and decorated your kite you could take it outside and fly it!

3.Go on your very own bear hunt! Hide some teddies/toys around the house/garden (Maybe a grown up could do this bit for you) Then have fun as you go to find them. When you are looking for your teddies think about where they are. Take this opportunity to build in some positional language e.g behind the tree, next to the photo frame, underneath the table, above or on top of the TV etc.

CHESTER ZOO
Join Chester Zoo on Facebook during their live stream for a virtual tour of the Zoo.
Check out all the different animals and watch the animals during feeding times. I have included a list of these below.
Which animal was your favourite and why? How many animals did you see?

Don't forget you can watch episodes of Alphablocks and Numberblocks on the Cbeebies website :)
Keep playing the phonic games on phonics play!
Don't forget to read one of your books. Pick an activity off the homework bingo grid to complete. When you have finished it don't forget to colour the sqaure.

Have a lovely day. I look forward to seeing more pictures and reading your comments later.

I hope you all have a lovely, fun filled weekend!
Please stay safe and I will look forward to speaking with you all on Monday for week 2 of our home learning!
