Morning Reception,
I hope you are all well? Have you all had a good Easter Holiday? Did you get lot's of Easter eggs or go on an Easter egg hunt?
It's been so warm and sunny outside! I've enjoyed spending lots of time outside in the garden.
I wonder if you have completed any of the Easter challenges I set you? If you haven't don't worry. Maybe if you are looking for extra things to do you could complete the activities over the next few weeks.
Please remember to comment on the blog and send me pictures of you completing the challenges.
Here are your activities for today.
PE - it's a good idea to complete one form of exercise each day to keep our bodies and minds fit and healthy.
Today try joining in with Cosmic kids yoga - going on a bear hunt. Here is a link

1. Transport
Our new topic this term would have been transport and journeys.
How many different types of transport can you think of? Write a list of different types?
Maybe you could go on a walk or look out of your window and see how many different types of transport you can see. Here is a picture to help you too.
2. People who are special to us
Today I would like you to spend some time thinking about the people who are very special to you. Think about someone who might need lots of love and a big hug.
Draw a large heart and decorate it beautifully.
You could then display this somewhere to remind you of all the people who you love and care about.
3. Bud's Number Garden (BBC Bitesize)
Can you help bud order the numbers in this fun game?

Don't forget to play a phonics game of your choice on the new phonics play website.
Phase 3!
Have a lovely day :)
Today's Reflection
It's been lovely to hear from you after the two week Easter period. I am glad to see you are all looking well and have made a good start back with the home learning tasks.
Here are some the great things you have sent in today.
Lianater and Kamil were busy playing Bud's number garden.
Lots of children have been drawing rainbows and hearts to show they are thinking of others.
Kamil and Lianater wrote lists of the different types of transport they could think of.
Here are some of the other great things you have been up to during today's home learning.
Well done everyone and thank you for sharing your lovely pictures.
Have a great evening!
Miss Letherby
