Here are your activities for today.

Literacy
Listen to the story the snail and the whale by Julia Donaldson.
Talk about the story with a grown up.
Should snail go sailing or stay with her friends?
Think of 1 reason she should go. Then think of 1 reason she should stay.


Find words that rhyme.
1.Snail     whale     rock

2. soot     sail         foot

3. sky     Caves     waves

4. play     bay     trail

5. Can you think of another rhyming pair of words?



Maths 

Warm up - Count to and from 20.

Collect natural resources (leaves, petals, stones, rocks, twigs and use them to make a picture of something from our wonderful world eg a person, a rainbow, a flower etc.

Today's reflection
Well done to Callum, Kamil and Manna for a fantastic start to the home learning this week. 
Here is what you have been up to.

Manna has been finding rhyming words from the snail and the whale story and has made a lovely nature art picture.



Callum made a lovely bunch of flowers and has been practicing his level 7 reading book!! WOW.


Kamil has been making spirals, a beautiful butterfly out of natural resources he collected and he answered some questions about the snail and the whale.
